Pre-fill Inspection:
Prior to testing, all cartridges are electronically tested, visually inspected and TSR-tested.*
Cartridge Cleaning:
Each cartridge is cleaned using 3 different methods: pressurized spray, cleaning solution, and a purified water flush.
Parts Replacement:
For most cartridge models, the foam and filters are replaced using welder machines and automatic foam insertion.
Vacuum Fill:
Cartridges are filled in vacuum-fillers with premium, high-quality inks.
Post-Fill Testing:
Every inkjet is subject to strict post-fill print testing to ensure premium quality of all finished goods.
